In order to traverse the Universe without strapping up a suit or ship and a suit you need to be the perfect size, you need to be as big as you are small. This might sound confusing but when we think of small we think size in stature, but there is another small and big other than that of physical size in time and space. Think of it as dense-big or density-small. Hense the size of your heart you have, like... the size of the fight in the dog, but pertaining to the fight needed to survive, not just the will. But to be this Big Small, you have to be from a place that has high gravity and big, or dense(depending on how you look at it) elements. Remember, big is dense too. And small is hollow-er, no matter how much space, or big, you really are. There are beings twice the size of my house, but are small(in density). Kind of like a jellyfish.
